Who We Are:

• The Peace Advocates and Practitioners Organisation Nigeria European Headquarters Austria (PAPONEHA) is a Non-Governmental, Non-Political and Non-Profit Organisation, officially registered in Austria on the 8th of January 2024 and approved by the Landespolizeidirektion Wien, Referat Vereins-, Versammlungs- und Medienrechtsangelegenheiten with the Registration number: ZVR-Zahl 1674475178 under the Austrian Ministry of Internal Affairs. In addition, the Organisation has the power to operate not only in Austria but also across international and inter-continental boundaries in quest of world peace for the survival of humanity on earth. Under the foregoing, it is therefore a platform for peace and conflict resolution. It is a forum for peace education, teaching and conflict management and consists of expert groups and professionals. Its aims and objectives are geared towards research activities that promote and sustain peace while discouraging conflicts. It takes part in all sorts of activities with the major aim to de-escalate conflict and promote and sustain peace across the world.

• The word PAPONEHA is coined from the name of the Mother Organisation Peace Advocates and Practitioners Organisation (PAPO) officially registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission(CAC) on the 22 of February 2021. It serves as the Headquarters Worldwide, while the NEHA symbolises the Nigeria European Headquarters with its head office in Austria. Therefore, PAPONEHA means, Peace Advocates and Practitioners Organisation Nigeria European Headquarters Austria. Apart from this nomenclature the European Headquarters and the Worldwide Headquarters in Nigeria work independently based on what is obtainable, for instance, the rules and regulations of such Organisations in the country and continent where they are officially registered.

• However, given that their aims and objectives are in most cases, more or less interwoven, there exists some sort of cooperation to a particular level of operations. One of the segments of the organisation is programmed toward making sure that, Africans in Austria and Europe are living in conflict-free relationships within themselves, their neighbours, the host country and all other citizens of the Global World.

• A further step is working across the European boundary and across the Inter-Continental Global Village to deter conflicts, de-escalate radicalisation, and promote and spread peace in all the nooks and crannies of the Universe. We do these amongst other measures in cooperation and in partnership with individuals and other organisations that share and identify themselves with our ideologies, thereby contributing to some of the peace policies or principles of the United Nations Organisation (UNO), the European Union (EU), the African Union (AU), the United States of America (USA), like countries in Asia and other Inter-Continental and Supra International Organisations across the World. Amid the catalogue of these policies and principles are consent of the parties; impartiality; non-use of force except in self-defence and defence of the mandate. Others are the application of neutrality in conflict matters, in peace negotiations, respect for human rights, promotion of democratic principles and post-peace stabilisation and peacekeeping. In addition are, capacity building and peace treaties. These include also, conflict resolution, peace and security to name a few. As open-minded Peace Ambassadors, we solicit and advocate for an inclusive peace framework for the ultimate benefit of mankind in and around the World.

• Referring to the aims and objectives of the Organisation, which are geared towards the de-escalation and elimination of conflicts of all kinds and contribute towards the achievement of Peace Worldwide, the Organisation in the face of heated and controversial disagreements, amongst conflict parties and nation-states across the universe, we provide platforms, carry out and implements some measures for instance:
